Well, it took over a year, but New Jersey cannabis regulators said 13 medical marijuana stores will finally be allowed to start selling recreational weed, giving millions of adults in the tri-state area local access to legal cannabis for the first time. And, as you can imagine, residents of Jersey are waking up to a whole new state.
