49ers score on wild reverse-flea flicker vs. Cowboys

Kyle Shanahan opened up the playbook for this one.

Up 7-0 early in the first quarter, the 49ers handed off to Christian McCaffrey, only for the running back to reverse handoff to Deebo Samuel, who pitched it back to Brock Purdy. With the Dallas defense scrambling, Purdy hit a wide open George Kittle down the sideline for a thrilling catch and run into the end zone.

The play came after a handoff to CMC ended in a fumble at the Cowboys goal line on the previous possession.

The play put SF up 14-0, and gave Kittle his second touchdown of the first half.
