New Fozzy Video Filmed on “The Beast” Wooden Rollercoaster

If you follow Baby Huey on social media, you’ve probably heard of the heavy-metal band Fozzy, featuring wrestler Chris Jericho as the lead singer and front-man. Jericho has been quoted as saying, “If Metallica and Journey had a bastard child, it would be Fozzy.” It’s true, they rock! But being an immensely popular rock-wrestling singer doesn’t necessarily mean you’re fearless, does it?

Who knows, but with Fozzy’s latest video, Jericho proves he’s tough enough to focus on singing a metal song while riding in the front car of the world’s longest wooden rollercoaster! The song is called “Sane,” an it was filmed on “The Beast,” an old wooden rollercoaster located at Kings Island amusement park in Mason, Ohio. The ride opened in 1979 as the “tallest, fastest, and longest wooden roller coaster in the world.” Decades later it’s no longer the tallest and fastest, but it’s still the longest!

Check out the video below. Fozzy also announced their 2021 tour which unfortunately for Baby Huey, doesn’t have any Bay Area dates. “It’s been such a tough year in so many ways,” Jericho said, “but now as the world is slowly getting better, Fozzy is here to vaccinate you with a proverbial phonograph needle and make you wanna rock again.” Check out the full story from LoudWire.com here.
