Lamont & Tonelli talked with Tracy’s own Tom BetGeorge, the guy behind the elaborate Halloween light show that is timed to Metallica. BetGeorge noted that he has spent just about $30,000.00 on his decor, which he programs the software – a true investment. He’s even gotten a solar company to donate solar panels to help offset costs.
