Eddie Van Halen needed to be hospitalized last week due to complications from his recent treatments for throat cancer. He had been released on Sunday and is said to now be doing well.
Eddie had been recently seen (and taking photographs of fans) at a Tool concert along with his son, Wolfgang Van Halen. That sighting came after reports about the medical trips he had been making to Germany for cancer treatments.
