Rumors Surround Guns N’ Roses Following New Promo Campaign

By

By now Guns N’ Roses fans are used to speculating and trying to guess what’s the next move for the band. The latest rumors surrounding GNR stems from a new promotional campaign teasing something related to the band’s classic Appetite for Destruction LP.

As reported by GNRCentral, the Universal Music Group which is the parent company of Guns N’ Roses’ record label has registered and published a new website: GNR.FM. As you can see after clicking on the link there isn’t much posted except for the slogann “Destruction Is Coming” and links to the band’s social media pages. At the top of the page is the hashtag #APPETITEFORDESTRUCTION.

Besides the new website domain, a billboard has been spotted in the United Kingdom with graphics of the band’s Destruction-era lineup. While no official statement has been released from the band we assume something is in the works.

As for what all of this means, we won’t find out until the band makes an official announcement. At this point we can play the guessing game. Since we see all five originals members of GNR in the billboard, maybe Izzy and Adler are coming back to the band? Maybe there will be a reissue of Appetite for Destruction in the works. The band’s hugely successful Not in This Lifetime tour continues when they head to Europe for a run of summer dates that are set to begin June 3rd in Berlin, along with a headline set at this year’s Download Festival. Maybe we will find out more answers when Guns N’ Roses hit the stage. We shall wait and see.
