Firefighters say a 74-year-old woman had to be flown off of Piestewa Peak near Phoenix after she suffered an injury while hiking. Rescuers were trying to airlift her to safety, unfortunately, the gurney kept spinning under the helicopter. Officials told the press that the woman suffered no ill effects from the spin.
