August 20-21: The Giant Race

The Giant Race is a baseball-themed road race that provides participants an opportunity to cross the finish line on the same field where the San Francisco Giants make baseball history!

Entering its 13th year, The Giant Race combines a passion for health & wellness and a love for Giants baseball, culminating in a multi-day event that brings the two together for a Health and Wellness Expo and Kids Race on Saturday August 20, and a live 5K, 10K & virtual event on Sunday, August 21.

Runners can enjoy numerous San Francisco landmarks on the race route along the Embarcadero. After crossing the finish line, runners will have the opportunity to recover, relax and take photos on the field at the iconic Oracle Park. Created to offer Bay Area fans a memorable experience outside of the 162-game San Francisco Giants season, the race has grown into an annual affair that is an eagerly anticipated, must-do San Francisco event.
