Kerry King is excited about his upcoming follow-up album to his solo debut, “From Hell I Rise,” calling it “f*cking crushing” and saying he believes it will be well-received by his fans.
The new album is set to be recorded in early 2026, with a tour in support of the effort launching in early 2027.
King’s new band includes Mark Osegueda, Phil Demmel, Kyle Sanders, and Paul Bostaph, with all material for “From Hell I Rise” written by King himself.
King expressed his satisfaction with producer Josh Wilbur’s work on “From Hell I Rise,” praising his skills and collaborative approach in the studio.a
