Alice in Chains is celebrating the 30th anniversary of its ‘MTV Unplugged’ performance with a newly remastered reissue.
The performance reunited the band’s classic lineup for one of its final concerts featuring late frontman Layne Staley.
The collection will be available in multiple formats, including vinyl and expanded collector’s editions with exclusive memorabilia.
The performance showcased stripped-down versions of songs from ‘Dirt,’ ‘Jar of Flies,’ and ‘Alice in Chains,’ and is praised for its intimate atmosphere and emotionally charged performances.
The reissue includes newly remastered audio and limited-edition packaging designed for longtime fans and collectors, featuring exclusive artwork, a replica of the original concert laminate, and behind-the-scenes photographs.
