The Pretty Reckless have released “Love Me,” a new song from their upcoming album DEAR GOD.
The track is a showcase for Taylor Momsen’s emotional and vulnerable vocals, a cathartic process for her to confront difficult emotions and experiences.
Momsen described ‘Love Me’ as a song that reflects a moment of deep emotional need and a plea for recognition: “It’s not pretty. It’s not wrapped up. It’s just a raw, ugly need.”
DEAR GOD is set for release on June 26 via Fearless Records and will include the intense track ‘When I Wake Up’.
