A fan on Reddit claimed to have obtained a copy of ‘Look Outside Your Window’ early from a local indie vinyl shop in Canada and shared their initial impressions of the album.

The fan revealed that Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil makes several appearances on the album, and described the sound as having guitar solos, screams, and a sonic similarity to Slipknot’s 2014 album, ‘.5: The Gray Chapter’.
The fan emphasized that the album is not very electronic and lacks metal tones, with a vibe similar to Slipknot but without screams or double bass drum.
Slipknot’s long-awaited project ‘Look Outside Your Window’ was created during a chaotic time in the band’s history, with the songs born late at night in a house on a farm, guided by emotion and instinct, and without rules, allowing ideas to come from various sources.
