Alice Cooper has introduced British guitarist Anna Cara to replace Nita Strauss, who is taking a break to welcome her first child.
Anna Cara, a 22-year-old guitarist from Newcastle, England, has previously worked with Marc Storace and Tommy Henriksen and has a significant Instagram following.
Anna will debut with Alice at his “Welcome To Our Nightmare” shows in Las Vegas in April, followed by a U.S. tour and more shows in Las Vegas in May.
Alice Cooper praised Anna Cara, saying she is a “beautiful dynamic shredder” and will fit in perfectly with the band while Nita is away.
Strauss also endorsed Anna Cara, calling her an “amazing asset” to the Cooper tour and expressing excitement for the fans to experience her playing.
