Dave Grohl confirmed that Foo Fighters are planning to release their twelfth studio album in 2026.
Grohl hinted at the possibility of a new album during Saturday’s Foo Fighters show in Tasmania, Australia, telling fans “we might have a whole new record of ****ing songs that we just finished the other day.”
No further details about the upcoming album, the follow-up to 2023’s “But Here We Are,” were disclosed – but Grohl did confirm the Foos are set to return to Australia/New Zealand before Grohl’s next birthday in January 2027.
