Megadeth released their final album, the self-titled Megadeth, on Friday.
Dave Mustaine, the founder and frontman of Megadeth, recently revealed his Dupuytren’s contracture diagnosis, which affects his guitar-playing ability.
The album features a cover of Metallica’s “Ride The Lightning,” paying homage to Mustaine’s early career with Metallica – a decision Mustaine describes as an attempt to “close the circle” on his career.
Megadeth isn’t done quite yet – the band has launched global farewell tour Mustaine says could last 3-5 years.
