The new documentary “The Ballad Of Judas Priest” will premiere at the 76th Berlinale – Berlin International Film Festival, celebrating the band’s impact on music and culture.
The documentary will showcase the band’s 50-year journey, capturing how they defined the sound and look of metal while making it more inclusive.
Pioneers of heavy metal, Judas Priest have sold over 50 million records and released 19 studio albums, with their 2024 album “Invincible Shield” receiving a Grammy nomination.
The band’s current lineup includes Rob Halford, Ian Hill, Richie Faulkner, Andy Sneap, and Scott Travis, with Glenn Tipton sitting out touring activities due to Parkinson’s disease.
