Kiss will celebrate the 50th anniversary of their 1975 double live album Alive! with a box set containing 88 previously unreleased live tracks.
The box set includes two full concerts from the band’s 1975 tour, along with tracks from an afternoon rehearsal in Davenport and a show in Cleveland.
Alive! was a pivotal album for Kiss, propelling them to arena headliner status and saving their record label from bankruptcy.
Producer Eddie Kramer acknowledged that the album was enhanced in the studio due to the band’s energetic live performances.
The box set is available for pre-order in 4CD+ Blu-ray and 8LP+ Blu-ray formats, exclusively on the band’s official website.
