Wolfgang Van Halen denied the possibility of a future album with Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony, stating that Mammoth is “all I wanna do.”
The tragic passing of Eddie Van Halen doomed the idea of a potential “all-star” Van Halen tour, which would have included Eddie, Wolfgang, Sammy Hagar, David Lee Roth, Michael Anthony, and possibly Gary Cherone.
Wolfgang and Eddie Van Halen had planned the “kitchen sink” tour, but it never materialized due to Eddie’s health issues.
Wolfgang expressed his contentment with Mammoth and ruled out the idea of making an album with Hagar and Anthony in the future.
Wolfgang emphasized his dedication to Mammoth, stating, “Mammoth is very much where I’m happy.”
