Motörhead will release “Killed By Deaf – A Punk Tribute To Motörhead,” featuring 14 covers of the band’s songs by notable punk bands.
The compilation includes a never-before-released collaboration between Motörhead and The Damned on the latter’s “Neat Neat Neat.”
Pennywise covers the classic Motörhead track “Ace of Spades,” while Rancid covers “Sex & Death.”
Lemmy Kilmister stated, “The punks loved us. The only reason we weren’t in that lot was because we had long hair, so obviously we must be heavy metal.”
“Killed By Deaf – A Punk Tribute to Motörhead” is set to be released on October 31st and is available for pre-order on vinyl and CD.
