Robert Plant has opened up about the unpredictable magic of Led Zeppelin’s live performances, comparing them to the weather—sometimes tight and magnificent, other times less impressive. He emphasized that the highs and lows reflected the band’s very human element, a quality that made their concerts unforgettable. Plant also looked back on his youth when he and drummer John Bonham penned “Good Times, Bad Times,” the debut single that helped launch Zeppelin into rock history.
Though the band disbanded in 1980 after Bonham’s death, Zeppelin’s legacy has remained untouchable, with only a few rare reunions, most notably 2007’s Celebration Day concert in London. Their story returned to the spotlight in 2025 with Becoming Led Zeppelin, a part-concert film, part-documentary that received critical acclaim and strong box office success.
