Five Finger Death Punch just dropped a new version of “The End” featuring Babymetal.
It’s the first single from the upcoming collection Best Of – Vol. 2, featuring re-recorded versions of their biggest hits in response to their former label’s sale of the original song masters.
Babymetal vocalist Su-Metal expressed her excitement about the collaboration and the unique elements she brought to the song: “I sang Japanese lyrics inspired by and based on the original lyrics of ‘The End’ and spent a lot of time experimenting to figure out what kind of voice would best suit such a deep, cool track.”
Best Of – Volume 2 will feature 16 re-recorded classics and three live versions of their songs. It will be out Oct. 24.
