The band plans to tour in 2025, celebrating the legacy of the late Dimebag Darrell and Vinnie Paul. Zakk views PANTERA as a tribute to their greatness and cultural impact, comparing it to celebrating other legendary musicians like Jimi Hendrix and Randy Rhoads.
While open to making new music with the lineup, Zakk acknowledges that PANTERA’s name is synonymous with the original members and suggests any new material would be released under a different name.
