Nancy Wilson provided an update on the Heart biopic being written by Sleater-Kinney and Portlandia’s Carrie Brownstein: “We’re getting the ending right now … and we’re about to cast it.”
Ann Wilson says Brownstein is a great writer and that other companies are interested in a Heart documentary.
Anne Hathaway has expressed interest in playing Ann Wilson in the film, but Ann said “I don’t think she’s exactly right for it.”
The biopic will begin with the Wilson sisters’ childhood and end in the ’90s.
