Billy Idol is feeling good about his nomination for the 2025 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Talking with Ultimate Classic Rock, Idol said that the nomination was “a great honor.”

“If I do get to be in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, you really get a chance to thank your fans,” Idol said. “That’s what I like about it. You know, you get a chance to really thank everybody who supported you through thick and thin. So that’s an incredible honor. I mean, I’m knocked out. I’ve only just started to take it in.”
Idol has been a figure in the music industry for 50 years and shows no signs of slowing down.
He’ll be joined by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts on the road this summer and is preparing a new solo record.
