Nandi Bushell took part in a new Drumeo video that served as a tribute to late Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins.
In the video, Bushell performed the Foo Fighters class “Learn To Fly” with drumsticks gifted to her from Hawkins.
Bushell said of Hawkins, “Taylor, he is amazing. He’s the nicest person. He gave me these sticks, and these were also the sticks I performed [with] at Wembley.”
The performance Bushell is referencing is when she sat in on drums with the Foo Fighters during the Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert at London’s Wembley Stadium in 2022.
