Ozzfest is set to return to the Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino on September 11, 2027, marking its first edition since 2018 and following the death of Osbourne in July 2025.
The festival originally launched on October 26, 1996, at the same venue, featuring a lineup that included Ozzy Osbourne, Slayer, and Danzig, and has since evolved into a significant platform for many now-famous metal and hard rock bands.

Sharon Osbourne, who co-founded Ozzfest, will oversee the lineup for the 2027 events and emphasized the festival’s importance by stating, “Ozzy was the first to launch his own traveling metal festival, and Ozzfest will always remain an important part of Ozzy’s legacy.”
Earlier this year, Sharon reflected on the possibility of continuing Ozzfest without her husband, recalling that he had supported the idea, which indicates the festival’s deep connection to his legacy.
The 2027 Ozzfest will kick off in the UK on July 10, make its way to San Bernardino, and conclude in Mexico City on September 18, with early-bird tickets available starting November 6.
