My Chemical Romance have released the previously unreleased track “Someone Out There Loves You” ahead of the 20th-anniversary reissue of their iconic 2006 album The Black Parade. The song arrives as part of a special anniversary edition celebrating one of the band’s most influential records. The expanded release features the original album tracklist alongside six bonus tracks, including live recordings and B-sides, giving longtime fans an opportunity to revisit the era with additional material.
The anniversary reissue also features new artwork by acclaimed artist James Jean, adding a fresh visual element to the album’s theatrical legacy. Originally released in 2006, The Black Parade helped establish My Chemical Romance as one of the defining rock bands of the 2000s, blending alternative rock, emo, and theatrical storytelling. Songs like “Welcome to the Black Parade,” “Famous Last Words,” and “Teenagers” became fan favorites and helped the album leave a lasting impact on rock music.
Meanwhile, My Chemical Romance are continuing their Long Live The Black Parade anniversary tour, bringing the album’s music back to audiences around the world. The band has also hinted at the possibility of releasing a new studio album in the future, although no official announcement has been made. For now, the anniversary reissue celebrates two decades of The Black Parade while offering fans a previously unheard piece of the band’s history.
