Maryann Cotton, Alice Cooper, and the late Dick Wagner are releasing a new album, Chester Rose, on Oct. 30, 2026, designed for both an album and television production.
The album features a younger artist, Maryann Cotton, who was chosen for his charisma and character to complement Alice Cooper’s theatrical presence.
The collaborative concept album, written by Cotton, Wagner, and Cooper, consists of 12 tracks that narrate the story of a rock star turned serial killer with dark and obsessive tendencies.
The first single from the album, “Thief of Hearts,” was released on Sept. 18 and showcases the last performances of Dick Wagner and Steve Hunter together.
Maryann Cotton meticulously restored Dick Wagner’s guitar riffs for the album, staying true to Wagner’s original playing through editing and mixing.
