Mötley Crüe are going back to where it all began with an expansive deluxe edition of their debut album, Too Fast For Love, celebrating its 45th anniversary.
Originally released independently through Leathür Records in 1981, Too Fast For Love introduced the raw sound and attitude that would help turn Mötley Crüe into one of the biggest hard rock bands of the 1980s.
The anniversary collection gives fans both the original 1981 Leathür Records version and the 1982 Elektra Records edition, offering a look at how the album evolved as the band’s career took off.
The box set goes much deeper into the Crüe archives with previously unreleased demos from their earliest studio sessions, rare live recordings from the band’s 1982 performances at Perkins Palace and memorabilia celebrating their early years.
A 100-page hardcover book packed with rare photographs is also included, making the collection a deep dive into the era that launched Mötley Crüe.
