Butcher Babies have announced their new album, Nightbloom, arriving October 2 via Judge & Jury Records.
Produced by Howard Benson with co-producers Joe Rickard, Neil Sanderson and guitarist Henry Flury, the record finds the band exploring a deeply personal and emotional chapter while maintaining the aggression and melodic power that have defined their sound.
Frontwoman Heidi Shepherd says Nightbloom was heavily influenced by her journey through therapy, which forced her to confront difficult memories and emotions from her past. That process became an important source of inspiration for the new material.
Flury described the album as a project created with a renewed sense of purpose and focus, calling it some of the band’s most important work to date.
With Nightbloom, Butcher Babies are looking to push their sound forward through modern production, soaring melodies and the crushing heaviness longtime fans expect.
