Pearl Jam bassist Jeff Ament has compiled a collection of over 250 unseen black-and-white photographs from Pearl Jam’s early years in the 1990s for his book, Since Forever.
The book is described as “a deeply personal visual journal of creativity, friendship, and life on the road,” featuring candid shots and Ament’s personal reflections.
Ament’s motivation for creating the book was to preserve old negatives and collaborate with his brother Barry, who was often present during the photographed moments.
Pre-orders for Since Forever are available on Pearl Jam’s website, with book events in select cities to be announced soon.
Pearl Jam’s Ohana Festival on September 25th through 27th will feature the debut of their new drummer, with headliners including Eddie Vedder & Friends, Tyler Childers, and other notable acts like Fontaines D.C., Alabama Shakes, and Pixies.
