Green Day surprised fans at Petco Park during Comic-Con with a performance of their song “Basket Case”.
Billie Joe Armstrong threw ice cream and T-shirts to the crowd from an ice cream truck promoting the upcoming comedy film “Nimrods”.
“Nimrods” is set to be released on August 14 in the U.S. and is written and directed by Lee Kirk, starring Mason Thames.
Mason Thames and Jenna Fischer, known for her role in “The Office”, were also present at the event.
