Halestorm singer/guitarist Lzzy Hale has collaborated with Testament, Metal Allegiance, and ex-Pearl Jam members on a cover of Soundgarden’s “Loud Love.”
Proceeds from the release of the single go to mental health charity MusiCares, continuing King Ultramega’s support for mental health causes.
Hale praised Cornell’s authenticity and vocal range: “I believe every word he writes. I’m inspired by his control over his animalistic vocal range.”
Metal Allegiance bassist/founder Mark Menghi expresses admiration for Lzzy Hale’s vocal dominance and presence, calling her “one of the best vocalists in modern rock today.”
