Pixies will release remastered editions of their third and fourth albums, Bossanova and Trompe Le Monde, in September, both including previously unreleased tracks.
The Bossanova reissue will feature a version of “Dig For Fire” recorded with Steve Albini during the Surfer Rosa sessions and “Go Man Go,” a song written by Black Francis and Kim Deal.
The Trompe Le Monde reissue will include two previously unreleased tracks, “Brackish Boy” and “Punk Loop,” with the latter being an experimental track that has never been released in any form.
The limited-edition vinyl pressings, known as the “Dinked International Editions,” will come with bonus 7″ singles containing the unreleased tracks.
The reissues are set to be released on 9/11 by 4AD, and pre-orders are available now.
