Def Leppard frontman Joe Elliott attributes the band’s longevity to their camaraderie and sense of humor, stating, “A sense of humor has kept this band together and I think that comes across to the fans.”
He went on to explain, “The fact that we’re all mates and everybody knows it. The fact that we’ve had the same line-up for 34 years now is insane.”
Bassist Rick Savage also emphasized the band’s continuous passion for improvement and live performances, stating, “We genuinely love playing live.”
