NOFX will release the soundtrack and score for their documentary “40 Years of ****in’ Up” on August 28 via Fat Wreck Chords, featuring an 11-song original score and a 15-song soundtrack.
The soundtrack includes two new songs, the title track and “We Did It Our Way,” as well as six rare and unreleased recordings and live versions of classics like “Linoleum” and “NOFX.”
Fat Mike expressed the band’s desire for the documentary release to be a celebration for fans: “We want it to feel like you’re going to a NOFX show.”
Guitarist El Hefe emphasized the band’s DIY approach to the documentary, aiming to create something for long-time fans and newcomers alike, calling it a “proper send-off” and “a final stamp.”
