TOOL guitarist Adam Jones confirmed plans for a residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, stating, “We’ve been talking to them since it opened about doing some kind of residency there.”
Drummer Danny Carey also previously mentioned that the band is in talks for a residency at the Sphere after their next studio album release, emphasizing their cinematic live show style.
Carey described the preparation for a Sphere residency as intense and expensive, requiring multiple shows to turn a profit.
