Eagles may be nearing the end of the road. In a recent interview, frontman Don Henley suggested that 2026 could signal the band’s final chapter, citing the physical demands of touring and a desire to spend more time with family. “If you want more after this year,” Henley said, fans may “just have to listen to the records.”
Despite the uncertainty, the Eagles have added two more shows at the Sphere in Las Vegas on April 10–11, extending their residency. They also remain booked to headline the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival on May 2.
The band’s legacy is undeniable—Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) remains the bestselling album in U.S. history, certified quadruple-diamond with 40 million copies sold.
