The Black Crowes have released a video for their song “Profane Prophecy” from their upcoming 10th studio album, “A Pound of Feathers,” set to be released on March 13.
The album was written solely by founding brothers Chris and Rich Robinson and produced in Nashville with Jay Joyce in under two weeks.
The video for “Profane Prophecy” was directed by Dagger Polyester and inspired by exploitation filmmaker Russ Meyer’s style, featuring a trippy and provocative visual aesthetic.
The band is scheduled to perform at the State Fayre festival in Chelmsford, England, in June, alongside headliners Kings Of Leon, Neil Young, The Chrome Hearts, and The Lumineers, as part of a wider European tour.
The Black Crowes will also support Guns N’ Roses on select dates in Las Vegas, Edmonton, Vancouver, and San Diego between August 22 and September 2.
