Ten years after retiring from the road, Twisted Sister is officially reuniting for a 50th anniversary world tour in 2026. “If you’re lucky enough to be in a band that people still want to see after fifty years(!), how can you not answer the call?” frontman Dee Snider declared in the press release.
Snider will be joined by longtime guitarists Jay Jay French and Eddie Ojeda, with Russell Pzutto of Snider’s solo projects stepping in on bass. Drummer Joe Franco, who appeared on 1987’s Love Is for Suckers, will round out the lineup. Dates and venues are still to be announced. The band’s last tour was 2016’s 40 and Fuck It farewell run, but Snider says the time has come: “We still wanna rock!”
