Bruce Springsteen is releasing an expanded edition of his 1982 album Nebraska, featuring unreleased and rediscovered recordings tied to the album.
The collection includes the long-lost “Electric Nebraska” session, a full-band run-through of many Nebraska cuts featuring E Street Band members.
It also includes rarities from Springsteen’s solo home sessions and a remastered version of the original album.
A brand-new performance film capturing Springsteen playing Nebraska straight through at New Jersey’s Count Basie Theatre is part of the package.
The announcement comes just weeks ahead of Deliver Me From Nowhere, the Springsteen biopic starring Jeremy Allen White that centers around the making of Nebraska.
