Trivium paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne with a cover of ‘Symptom of the Universe’ during their headline set at Bloodstock 2025.
The special guest-laden set included musicians like Sleep Token guitarist III, Emperor’s Ihsahn, Malevolence’s Josh Baines, and Machine Head‘s Robb Flynn.
Frontman Matt Heafy reflected on Ozzy Osbourne’s influence: “Metal would not sound the ****ing same, rock wouldn’t sound the same, ****ing metalcore, deathcore, none of that would ****ing exist without this man.”
Trivium’s setlist at Bloodstock included songs like ‘Rain’, ‘Pull Harder On The Strings Of Your Martyr’, ‘Catastrophist’, and a cover of Metallica’s ‘Master Of Puppets’.
Trivium recently released a new single titled ‘Bury Me With My Screams’ and announced a new EP titled ‘Struck Dead’ to be released on Halloween.
