YUNGBLUD released a cover of “Changes” for charity, featuring a backing band of Nuno Bettencourt, Sleep Token’s II, Frank Bello, and Adam Wakeman.
The cover was performed at Ozzy and Black Sabbath’s Back To The Beginning farewell show in front of 40,000 metalheads and livestream viewers, including Ozzy Osbourne himself, who praised YUNGBLUD’s efforts.
The cover is raising money for Cure Parkinson’s, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Acorns Children’s Hospice, with YUNGBLUD expressing his gratitude for the opportunity to honor one of his heroes and support important causes.
YUNGBLUD described the experience as the biggest moment of his life and emphasized the significance of immortalizing the performance on tape, releasing it, and donating all proceeds to charity.
YUNGBLUD encouraged fans to stream, buy, and add the cover to their playlists to support the fundraising efforts for the mentioned causes.
