Reportedly, Johnny Knoxville will host Fear Factor: The Next Chapter for Fox, featuring mind-blowing stunts and social strategy challenges in a remote location.
Fox President Michael Thorn described Knoxville as the “champion of fearless entertainment” and the perfect fit to lead the reinvention of Fear Factor.

Endemol Shine North America CEO Sharon Levy praised Knoxville as the epitome of daring charisma and spectacle, highlighting his ability to redefine reality competition.
The original Fear Factor series aired on NBC from 2001 to 2006 with Joe Rogan as the host and was briefly revived in 2011. MTV revived the series in 2017 with Ludacris as the host for two seasons.
Fox initially considered bringing back Joe Rogan as the host but ultimately chose Johnny Knoxville for the reboot, aiming to complement their unscripted lineup with his wild sense of humor and boundary-pushing abilities.
