Sean Ono Lennon, James McCartney, and Zak Starkey have collaborated on a new track called “Rip Off” as part of Starkey’s supergroup Mantra of the Cosmos.
The song features Starkey, Lennon, and McCartney along with Oasis bassist Andy Bell and Happy Mondays’ Shaun Ryder and Mark “Bez” Berry.
Starkey expressed his excitement about working with Gallagher, Shaun, Andy, and Bez, calling them “the greatest musicians of their generation.”
Starkey hinted at more singles coming this year with “VERY special guests,” declaring it as “the year of the Mantra.”
