Shinedown drummer Barry Kerch revealed that the band’s eighth studio album is 95% complete – but says they won’t rush its release.
Kerch mentioned that the band is aiming to release the album early next year, and is still tweaking a couple of songs.
The band’s meticulous process involves selecting the best songs to fit the record, even if it means discarding good songs that don’t meet their standards.
The first two singles from the album, “Three Six Five” and “Dance, Kid, Dance”, were released in January.
