Artist Mr Murals is creating a 120ft mural of all four original members of Black Sabbath near Grand Central Station in Birmingham.
The mural is set to be completed in time for Black Sabbath’s sold-out concert at Villa Park in July and aims to honor the band and the creative spirit of Birmingham.
Mr Murals has received an overwhelming response from passersby, with more than 100 people stopping to take photos and share memories of Black Sabbath gigs.
The artist expressed his enjoyment of painting outdoors and interacting with the public, stating that he has done more chatting in the last five days than all year.
The artwork was commissioned by Central BID Birmingham with the support of Network Rail and is part of Mr Murals’ portfolio, which includes a Peaky Blinders mural in Digbeth Loc Studio.
