Papa Roach have released an acoustic version of their hit track “Even If It Kills Me”.
Frontman Jacoby Shaddix says the song was inspired by his son’s traumatic breakup: “I wanna be able to help you, but I also know that you kind of gotta walk through the fire.”
The band released a “reimagined” version of the song, showcasing it in a new light with a melodic arrangement and signature vocals by Shaddix.
PAPA ROACH recently completed the European leg of the “Rise Of The Roach” with Rise Against, celebrating the 25th anniversary of their breakthrough album “Infest”.
Shaddix confirmed that fans can expect a new studio album from PAPA ROACH at some point in 2025.
