Tom Compagnoni, a Sydney-based video producer and editor, has released a 30-minute documentary exploring AC/DC’s early history in Sydney.
“Exploring AC/DC’s Forgotten Sydney: Lost Landmarks Of Rock History,” highlights the sites where the band rehearsed, gigged, recorded, and grew up.
Compagnoni compares Sydney’s treatment of AC/DC landmarks to cities like Liverpool, noting the lack of recognition and preservation of significant sites tied to the band’s history.
The documentary features chapters covering various locations significant to AC/DC’s history, including the childhood home of Angus and Malcolm Young.
