Universal Pictures Content Group has started production on a documentary about Iron Maiden’s 50-year career, set for international release in the fall.
The documentary will include exclusive interviews with band members and the final interview with original vocalist Paul Di’Anno, who passed away in 2024.
The film will feature rare archival footage of the band and new animated sequences with their iconic mascot Eddie.
The documentary aims to showcase Iron Maiden’s global impact and their connection with fans, challenging perceptions of rock music and heavy metal.
